Vivitek, a leading brand of visual display products, is today introducing a new large venue projector, the DU9000. Offering native High Definition WUXGA resolution and 12,000 center lumens (11,000 ANSI lumens) performance for a powerful, brilliant image, as well as a range of lens options and wide variety of connectivity inputs and outputs, including 3G-SDI and HDBaseT, which are ideal for the installation market, auditoria, houses of worship rental, staging and other large venue staging and events applications.
Holger Graeff, General Manager, Vivitek EMEA, is delighted to be introducing such an exciting new product: “We are offering the integrator a really strong product, with all the benefits of our Delta manufacturing heritage combined with the innovation and quality for which Vivitek is renowned. The DU9000 is the new flagship model in our large venue range and I am confident users are going to be blown away by its performance and versatility.”
The DU9000 joins Vivitek’s comprehensive range of high-performance large venue projectors. The new model offers super-bright performance, as a result of its single chip DLP technology (WUXGA 0.96” chip size), one of the brightest of its kind in the industry. In addition to embedded edge-blending, which seamlessly combines several projectors’ images into one large and stunning image, dual lamp technology ensures high performance, installation flexibility and reliability. Motorised zoom, focus and lens shift features allow for easy installation, adjustment and movement.
What sets the model apart is its combination of high brightness and image quality. Vivitek has designed the product without compromise in video processing, scaling and materials used to build the projector. A variety of 4 user replaceable, optional lenses are available for great installation flexibility. The HDBaseT connectivity allows for digital image and control signals to be sent up to 100m over 1 single network cable, making installation cost efficient and straightforward. Replaceable filters maintain the smooth running of the DU9000, which also comes equipped with power saving features and has been built to comply with environmentally friendly standards.
